Cut from the Top Sirloin, Sirloin Steaks are lean and mean. This boneless cut is great marinated and thinly sliced for stirfrys, fajitas and pho.

Product prices lists for each cut are based on an average weight. To make sure customers are getting exactly what they pay for, each product is weighed prior to packing. As such, the final price at delivery may differ slightly from the checkout total. We try our best to keep it as close as possible to the checkout total, but a customer may receive a small refund or have a small charge added at pick-up or delivery. We will communicate any changes in the total prior to delivery.
